The William Penn sculpture, a striking work by artist Dean Fox, was originally carved from a white oak tree in Greenfield Park, Lancaster, PA. Over time, the natural elements took a toll on the sculpture, leading to significant decay. Rick High of High Construction reached out to ART Research Enterprises, Inc to preserve this important piece. Our team expertly managed the removal, conservation, and reinstallation processes, ensuring the sculpture's restoration and long-term preservation.
